This one day class is for fruit and vegetable growers and goes over the requirements of FSMA's Produce Safety Rule. You will also learn foundations of produce safety. You are wondering why should I come? You will learn how to identify issues/ practices that may be considered risky when it comes to the safety of fresh produce.

We encourage all growers to attend these meetings. 

Cost: $50 for NC Growers; $100 Out-of-State Growers
Registration fees include workshop materials and lunch.
