Job Description Direct the administration of Bullington Gardens, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that serves Henderson County and surrounding communities as a botanical garden and a center for horticultural education. Coordinate all administrative duties at the gardens including meeting with the Board of Directors and carrying out the vision for the garden, leading fundraising efforts and grant submission, maintaining and adhering to budget, keeping all fiscal records current, coordinating volunteers, overseeing the maintenance and development of the property, and working closely with the Educational Administrator to conduct effective programs for schools and public.
