Cook Smart, Eat Smart Classes

North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Henderson and Transylvania County Centers are offering a virtual Cook Smart, Eat Smart, program. In this 8 week series, several demonstrations will be given by (4) area Family and Consumer Sciences Extension agents. If you’d like to brush up on your cooking skills during this pandemic, these classes are for you. Some of the sessions include Roasting and Marinades, Stir Fry, Pasta, Quick Breads, and many more.

The classes will be held on Wednesdays, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. beginning February 3, 2021. If you are interested in participating in these FREE classes, Register on line at go.ncsu.edu/virtualcses

These sessions will also be recorded so if the time is not convenient for you, email Renay and she will send you the recorded link when it is posted.
