Nourish Your Body and Your Baby

Come join the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and the Henderson County Department of Public Health for a nutrition course for new and expecting parents!

Nourish Your Body and Your Baby will be a FREE 5-week course addressing all your nutrition needs through the course of pregnancy, post-partum, breastfeeding, and for young children. Information will also be provided on helpful tips, such as applying for resources, saving money at the store, meal planning, and more!
Infants are welcome to join parents in the classes.
Classes will be held at the Henderson County Department of Public Health on Tuesdays from 10-11 a.m. from February 6th through March 5th.
At each class, food and supplies to take home will be provided for all participants.
