Are you an adult with school-age children? Are you or your family currently participating in Child Nutrition, Head Start, SNAP/EBT, TANF, TEFAP, WIC, Medicaid, or Work First? If so, then EFNEP classes are for you!

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) offers FREE cooking and nutrition classes for adults and families. Class topics include money-saving tips, vitamins and minerals, meal planning, healthy eating, and physical activity. Each course includes a nutritious recipe and prizes!
