Caroline Foushee, age 11, and her sewing mentor, Bessie Bright, have fun working on a fleece hat project together.

Do you sew or quilt, or do you know someone who does? Please consider helping with one of our 4-H Sewing Classes, and passing this opportunity to your friends and relatives. Classes for youth ages 10 – 18 begin in June and repeat monthly until December.

To find out more details about sewing classes,  visit:  http://liveunitedhc.galaxydigital.com and do an agency search for Henderson County 4-H. You can sign up there to help with a specific class or classes, and also choose the sewing volunteer orientation session that will work best for you. You will also see many other 4-H volunteer opportunities listed there as well.
