Just a friendly reminder that we have an amazing FREE class opportunity for new and expecting parents this February and March, but registration closes this week!
The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and the Henderson County Department of Public Health are teaming up to offer a 5-week course addressing all your nutrition needs through the course of pregnancy, post-partum, breastfeeding, and for young children. Information will also be provided on helpful tips, such as applying for resources, saving money at the store, meal planning, and more!
Infants are welcome to join parents in the classes.
Classes will be held at the Henderson County Department of Public Health on Tuesdays from 10-11am from February 6th through March 5th.
At each class, food and supplies to take home will be provided for all participants.
