Strength Training Exercise Classes at Bullington Gardens

Note: We have extended these classes into December, feel free to join us even if you missed previous classes! 

We are excited to be offering Strength Training classes, also known as our Chair Exercise classes, this fall at Bullington Gardens.

Join us for free weekly exercise classes that focus on building strength, improving balance and mobility. Exercises are adaptable for multiple levels and abilities-all classes can be done seated or standing. Feel free to bring your own hand weights if desired. No registration required. 

Tuesdays, 1:00pm-2:00pm
