Join us for the our first canning class of the year! We had fun making this in December and I've still got some blackberries put away from the summer that are ready to be made into jam. Come and learn the basics of boiling water bath canning as you get hands-on experience canning blackberry jam.
This is a great class for beginners or those who want to dust off their canner this spring and need a refresher. We will cover the basics of equipment, supplies and methods for canning food safely at home.
Cost is $5/person
