Minimally maintained fruit trees are experiencing late-season leaf spot fungi. Luckily, these leaf spot infections are not anything to worry about. Fruit trees will be losing their leaves for the fall season in the next couple of weeks anyway.

Home gardeners should get their trees on a spray program. For home gardeners, I recommend using an organic pest control program. This spray program would work for peaches as well.
