Have You Ever Wanted to Go on a Safari, Far Away?
Now you can from the comfort of your home with 4-H! Join us from July 14–16, 2021, as we explore Zimbabwe, wildlife, and more!
Registration is still open for all ages (5-18) at go.ncsu.edu/4hsummersafari!
If youth have questions for the guides, you can submit all questions (up to 5) in advance to: go.ncsu.edu/4hsafariqna! Guides will try to get through as many as possible throughout the series.
Email Hannah_worrell@ncsu.edu to receive some fun worksheets that encourage youth to work through, prior to the series, to help them come with a general background knowledge of Africa, specifically Zimbabwe as it relates to wildlife, climate, topography, etc.
Participants will receive Zoom links closer to the date of presentations.
Day 1 – Zimbabwe: Safari & Conservation Projects
Day 2 – Animal Sanctuary (mystery animals – tune in for wildlife reveal)
Day 3 – Sharks & Turtles
