Adult Help Session - Online Project Records
4-H staff, volunteers, parents, and other adults who support 4-H’ers are invited to bring their questions about the new online project record option and how they can help youth complete their project records. This training will be held via Zoom, led by NC 4-H Staff.
Registration Deadline: Sunday, September 20 at 12 p.m.
Tuesday, September 22, 2026 | 6-7 p.m. & 7-8 p.m.
Part 1 - 6-7 p.m. Henderson County Project Record Training
For 4-H’ers who want to learn how to complete a 4-H project records, what should be included in each section, and an brief introduction to the new online record system. This will be held in person at the NC Cooperative Extension Office, Henderson County and via Zoom.
Part 2 - 7-8 p.m. NC 4-H State Online Record Keeping
4-H’ers who have begun exploring or working on their project record through Kaleidoscope are invited to bring their questions and get help navigating the online system. All youth must be accompanied by an adult during the session. This will be held in person at the NC Cooperative Extension Office, Henderson County and via Zoom.

4-H Achievement Plan Henderson County Training
4-H Volunteers, Parents, and 4-H’ers are invited to learn about the purpose and how to begin completing their own 4-H Achievement Plan! 4-H’ers and parents are encouraged to bring laptops/device to work on. From 6:00-7:00, we will cover what the plan is, how to choose activities to include, and the logistics of completing the application. The last 30 minutes will focus on implementing the Achievement Plan in 4-H Clubs and programs.

4-H Officers Training, Henderson County
This training is for elected 4-H Club and County Officers*
4-H Officers Training is an event to meet other 4-H Club officers in the county and learn how to serve as an officer in your 4-H Club! We will play some games, learn Parliamentary Procedure, do some activities specific to an officer, and lastly be officially installed into your officer position! Parents are invited to attend and watch the officer installation.
