Apple Twilight Tour
Save the date to join us on May 12, 2026 for the annual Apple Twilight Field Day.
This year’s field day will be held at Apple Wedge Packers (1445 Bearwallow Road, Hendersonville)
The program will begin at 5:30 with presentations from NC State’s apple team,
including Dr.s Tom Kon, Sara Villani and Jim Walgenbach as well as Mr. Wayne Mitchem and Elena Rogers.
Updates from these specialists will include recommended practices from now until harvest.
Pesticide credits will be available (X credits).
Hear the latest on how to keep your crop healthy throughout the year. Hear considerations for managing light crops in varieties that suffered cold damage.
