Pledge Leading

4-H Leadership

4-H leadership is important because it helps young people develop confidence, decision-making skills, and a sense of responsibility while learning how to work with and support others. Whether it is with your Club, County, District, or State, being a leader is more than being the "face" of something; it takes work, a willingness to serve, and commitment. But the payoff is fantastic!
