2024 Fall Food Preservation Classes

Join us at our office for our hands-on food preservation classes this fall as we preserve the harvest of the season. The canning classes involve a powerpoint presentation with information on the science and safety behind home canning followed by a hands-on canning activity using the boiling water bath method with time for discussion and questions along the way. The cost of each class is listed below and all supplies will be provided. Registration is required and seats are limited.
