The first will be a small ruminant workshop in the morning followed by a meal and then an update with the new livestock center manager followed by a cattle demonstration.

The second event is July 24 at the E. Carroll Joyner Beef Education Unit (Raleigh, NC) for the North Carolina Small Ruminant Summit! This will be a FREE hybrid (in-person and online) event. Discussion will focus on new marketing opportunities for small ruminants in North Carolina and ways to improve small ruminant production, sustainability, and profitability moving forward.
