4-H Online 2.0 is now open for 2023 club enrollment. Enrolling in 4honline is mandatory for any youth participating in a virtual or face-to-face 4-H event, project, club meeting, competition, etc. Returning members should use their same login credentials as before. New members should select “don’t have an account.” For guidance please refer to this Google Site.
Richmond County 4-H Livestock Club
This club focuses on showing goats but learns about all livestock and health/management of each species. The club meets on select Tuesdays of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Extension Office. The 4-H Livestock website offers many clinics, shows, and events outside of the county program.
Richmond County Cooking Clovers 4-H Club
This club focuses on food safety, healthy habits, and having fun in the kitchen.
Richmond County 4-H Shooting Sports Club
For all target sports lovers! This club practices shotgun, rifle, and archery disciplines. Regional and state competitions are right here in our county! We utilize the Lentz Range, Dewitt’s Sporting Clays, and Millstone 4-H Camp during our practices and competitions. Practices are typically every second Saturday afternoon, although dates are subject to change to accommodate other events at the range, weather, etc. Contact Club Leader Patrick Collins, 919.225.3310, patriot919@icloud.com, for more information.
Richmond County 4-H STEAM Club
Is science, technology, engineering, arts, or math your thing? If so, this club is for you. This club meets at All Saints’ Episcopal Church, 217 Henderson Street in downtown Hamlet. Meetings are typically the 4th Tuesday of the month (except to accommodate holiday schedules), from 4-5 p.m., with a special fun trip in the summer. Richmond County 4-H Teen Council
