Job Description Shannon currently serves as the Extension Associate, Youth Leadership Development Specialist and has overall responsibility for the 4-H Club Program, the 4-H Awards and Incentives Program including Project Records, Portfolios, Scholarships, Presentations, Group Awards & NC 4-H Honor Club, International 4-H Programming efforts, and the NC State Fair 4-H opportunities with North Carolina 4-H.
