In November 2024, new regulations became effective to ensure that ALL license holders are knowledgeable and competent of the EPA required Certification & Training Rules. This helps enhance pesticide safety training and set standards for the supervision of non-Certified Applicators (nCA).
WHO DOES THIS IMPACT?

How Does this Impact ME?- Each nCA must receive the approved training every 12 months.
- Supervisors of a nCA must maintain approved training records.
- Each nCA must be at least 18 years of age.
- Dealers must keep a record of the categories of the Licensee who purchases Restricted Use Pesticides(RUPs).
- EVERYONE who has taken the exam prior to July1, 2025, must complete the C&T standards update training.
When Will The C&T Standards Update Training Be Due?
By your NEXT recertification date. *Check the recertification date shown on your pesticide license.*
