N.C. Cooperative Extension agents will be offering an educational program where we will discuss key topics that all produce growers should be aware of during this growing season. If you have not had a chance to attend a program and need help this season, this is your last chance to get more in-depth information and get answers to your questions.

  • USDA GAP Harmonized Audits: Avoiding common problems during an audit
  • FSMA Produce Safety Rule: What requirements should large and small farms meet in 2019
  • Getting Ready for the Season: Improving employee training programs and discussion of the components of a Master Sanitation Schedule for produce farms and packinghouses.
