Sewing Classes for Adults!

— Written By Sue Janowiak Henderson County sewing class participants
People often ask whether Cooperative Extension offers Sewing Classes for adults.
Great news! A new series of classes is being offered for adults who would like to learn to sew, or who would like to get together with other adults to learn something fun to add to their basic sewing repertoire.
Renay Knapp, Area Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences, is offering Adult Sewing Classes on selected Saturdays through June 16. The time is 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. More information about the projects.
You do not have to attend all the classes. Pick and choose what interests you the most. Some materials are provided, and some supplies will need to be purchased. Sewing machines are available at the office for use in the class. The registration fee for each class is $10.
