Youth & 4-H 4-H is the youth development program of Cooperative Extension. 4-H offers clubs, special interest programs, summer camps and school enrichment. Guided by staff and adult and teen volunteers, 4-H'ers gain knowledge, skills and experience that help them become responsible citizens and leaders. Earl Smith - NC 4-H Hall of Fame Class of 2009 4-H Cloverbud, Beginner, and Intermediate Sewing Class registration is now open! Sewing classes for youth ages 5 - 18 will be offered at various dates and times from February through April, 2010. See the registration forms for more information. All students who sew in the spring classes will participate in the 4-H Fashion Revue in May. Please print the registration form, fill it out and return, along with the required fee, to the NC Cooperative Extension Henderson County Center in Jackson Park. (Intermediates must have taken the Beginner Class, or have previous basic sewing and garment making experience)
