4-H Youth Development 4-H is the youth development program of Cooperative Extension. 4-H offers clubs, special interest programs, summer camps and school enrichment. Click link above for information- 4-H Pumpkin Patch Kids - ages 5-8 years old! 4-H Mini-Garden Contest for ages 9 - 18 Henderson County Youth Council - The purpose of the Youth Council is to represent the views and needs of Henderson County's youth to local decision makers, to provide teens in the community an opportunity to be active citizens, and to improve the knowledge of local government by Henderson County's youth.
