The Mud Creek Watershed Restoration Council is a group of local, state and Federal governments and agencies, businesses, non-profit organizations, and other institutions and interested citizens working to promote the ecological health of the Mud Creek Watershed in Henderson County, NC.   Groups participating in the Council are listed below.   The participation of many entities ensures that local stakeholders within the community had and continue to have input in the development of the Watershed Restoration Plan for Mud Creek.
